The seal is very stout, retains its asset even in maximum harden conditions, above or below water. Stays stretchy too, allowing for structural transfer. Stress caused by shock, pulsation, growth or decrease is effectively absorbed. Has brilliant resistance to weathering and brackish water. Easy to use with guidebook caulking gun. Remains workable with trowel or spatula up to four hours after application. Won't sag or arise in vertical or horizontal seams.
